The Hangar Restaurant
Beautiful restaurant located on the second floor of the GA terminal building. Food was higher end than most airport restaurants. Nice seating overlooking the airport and surrounding waterfront. There is even seating on a open air deck. I'll be going back. FYI: don't let the airspace around Tampa worry you. The controllers were great. - Submitted by John Pursell

7/12/2019 - Fantastic place and fun to fly into as well. It's right downtown St. Pete and the food is really, really good too. I recommend it. - Submitted by Daniel Jenkins
1/3/2016 - We are there on New Years day. 4 planes so we had 8. We made reservations for 10:30 and our table was ready. Food was excellent! Service was subperb. Only thing there is. $5 parking fee. - Submitted by Jim
7/18/2014 - We flew there for the first time on 7/2/14 and it was a great experience. Tampa approach and the tower were both very accommodating, and the FBO couldn't have been better $5 or 5 gallons to park. Lunch in The Hangar was also excellent, which was our reason for stopping there. Just tell Ground that you want to go to the restaurant. - Submitted by Hugh
