JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Program Coordinator position is responsible for all administrative functions for the Textron Aviation Employees Club as it related to ticket sales, memberships, financial records and monitoring employee payroll. This position exhibits a positive and professional representation of the Textron Aviation Employees Club.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
middot; Payroll for part-time Peoplesoft approval for full time. Monthly, quarterly, and end of year payroll reports/tax payments and filings.
middot; Maintenance and reconciliation of 4 checking accounts.
middot; Discount tickets inventory (ordering, close-outs, maintaining inventory control for 7 locations, profit loss reports monthly.)
middot; Accounts payable for Wichita and Independence clubs.
middot; Preparing vehicle insurance/registrations, Non-profit report, yearly information requests for Activity Clubs, compiling information for Liability and Workmans Comp insurance policy renewals, information for end of year tax returns.
middot; Weekly deposits and ticket sale reconciliation and end of month reports.
middot; Prepare pool schedules, class schedules and rosters, and any fliers/misc. information needed for special events. Upkeep of Fitness Center bulletin board and class board.
middot; Prepare information and pricing for new concerts (6 venues), tickets or events offered through the Employees Club and distributing to all locations.
middot; Maintenance of new members and terminated members, reconciling those on monthly member runs, distributing cards, and updating check-in system.
middot; Maintenance of Employees Club website and Facebook page.
middot; Coordinate the ordering and distribution of yearly Employees Club cards.
middot; Emailing monthly newsletters and assisting with email blasts of special events.
middot; Compiling end of month information and coordinating with bookkeeper to prepare financials and review upon completion and prepare for board meeting.
middot; Also performs front desk clerk duties.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
middot; High School Diploma
middot; Experience in Accounts Payable, but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
middot; Strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to interruptions.
middot; Must be detail oriented, have good time-management skills, and enjoy a multi-task working environment.
middot; Good verbal and written communication skills.
middot; Basic computer literacy skills/Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel.
middot; Knowledge of Facebook and Website posting.
middot; Basic math skills-be able to reconcile bank statements, deposits, payroll ledgers, and keep inventories accurate.
middot; Good document management.
middot; Have the ability to learn new software programs for filing monthly, quarterly, and end of year tax documents.
middot; Be able to work independently once trained in position, and also have aptitude for learning new skills and solving problems.
middot; Customer service, cashier, and answering phones experience.
middot; TAEC will train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to learning the role.
