Purpose of Position
The Uniform Program Manager is entrusted with overseeing the ongoing development, implementation, maintenance, and execution of the Crew Uniform Program. This pivotal role extends beyond internal operations to include expertly managing relationships with external vendors. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment between all stakeholders to guarantee the programapos;s enduring success.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the comprehensive Crew Uniform Program, including for Pilots, Flight Attendants, and NetJets Service Representatives (NSRs).
  • Identify potential risks and proactively execute mitigation strategies, applying strategic thinking to ensure long-term success.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities for program improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all program partners.
  • Effectively manage the program budget and ensure timely submission of all invoices and purchase orders for approval.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required to support the success of the program.

Education
Bachelorapos;s in Business Administration or Operations

  • 4+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale programs using a standard project management methodology.

  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Prior experience managing teams, tasks, budgets, and prioritization of activities.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and build consensus with various audiences and manage program activities.
  • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to learn a new business domain and to build subject matter expertise in a short period of time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and project management tools.
