Purpose of Position
Responsible for delivering working software through consistent execution of NetJets Agile Practices for assigned initiatives, and for providing a single point of contact, for one or more dedicated agile teams.Facilitates sprint and release planning, epic, feature and story card sizing, maintains velocity and burn-up/burn-down progress reporting according to NetJets Agile Practices. Promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement, ensures that product owner Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is consistently delivered, and manages stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule and budget. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.Interfaces with other internal NetJets departments and external vendors to deliver business solutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Maintains and communicates awareness of current agile/lean management techniques, future development, industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborates to build and maintain prioritized Product Backlog and related changes.
  • Assists the Product Owner with understanding their engagement model with an agile team, including effective and continuous backlog grooming and management.
  • Effectively manages project financials

Education
Bachelorapos;s in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
