Immediate opening for an experienced AG Pilot, licensed in WA and/or OR.

We are hiring an Agricultural Helicopter Pilot whose primary responsibility will be aerial application operations under Part 137. This position will support Part 133 external load and Part 135 operations as needed.

Agricultural work is the priority. We are looking for a pilot who not only flies precisely and safely at low level, but who can lead in the field, manage ground crews effectively, and represent our company professionally with clients and landowners.

This role requires the ability to:

  • Conduct aerial application operations under 14 CFR Part 137
  • Support Part 133 and Part 135 operations as assigned
  • Perform precision low-level flying in agricultural environments
  • Lead and manage ground support crews (mix/load personnel, fuel support, logistics)
  • Ensure proper chemical handling, loading procedures, and field safety compliance
  • Set expectations for professionalism, workflow efficiency, and safety standards in the field
  • Coordinate daily operations with the Field Operations Manager, Director of Maintenance, and office staff
  • Complete all required flight, load, and application documentation accurately
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections
  • Participate in the Safety Management System and report concerns proactively
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
  • Current FAA 2nd Class Medical
  • Turbine helicopter experience; preferably Bell 206
  • Experience operating under Part 137
  • External load experience under Part 133, or ability to demonstrate competency
  • Experience for Part 135 operations
  • 1,000+ Total Time (DOE)
  • 800+ Helicopter hours
  • Demonstrated low-level and confined area experience
  • Proven ability to manage and lead ground crews in field environments
  • Must meet insurability requirements and pass required drug screening
