Maintenance Service Hubs Regional MRO Manager (Paris) - Paris, Ile-De-France

Purpose of Position
The Maintenance Service Hub amp; Regional MRO Manager will have direct responsibility for delivering mission ready aircraft from the designated NetJets Europe Service Hub location i.a.w the defined SLAs.
They are to develop robust partnerships with the incumbent Maintenance Service Hub (MSH) vendor and work with the regional MRO vendors to enhance the availability and effectiveness of aircraft delivered to the NetJets operation as directed by the Lisbon Maintenance Operations team.
Effective collaboration and efficient coordination are essential with and between the Maintenance and Operational Departments and the partnered MROs and FBOs.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Apply the NetJets Safety Policy and Management System requirements and ensure all team members are ambassadors of the NetJets Safety amp; Compliance requirements and Security protocols.
  • Monitor the prioritisation, management, and distribution of all work assignments related with Service Hub activities for optimal daily delivery to the NetJets Operation.
  • Responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives as defined by the NetJets Maintenance Lisbon Office.
  • Responsible to ensure the requirements for the execution of all continuing airworthiness tasks, including safety, quality, cost control and MSH performance goals and SLAs are adhered to and performed i.a.w NetJets Standards and Requirements.
  • Monitor MSH performance metrics to ensure business goals and supplier SLAs are achieved.
  • Support the MSH with the development of enhancements, their implementation, and corrective actions in areas of underperformance, input adjustments, communication, and coordination improvements.
  • Responsible for the Hangar Infrastructure Facility management with the assistance of key vendors to cover matters related to Fire, Health amp; Safety, Electrical safety, and associated husbandry requirements.
  • Responsible for the continual development of the designated MSH amp; regional MROs for the implementation and efficacy of maintenance processes, cleaning activities and overall product development and delivery.
  • In coordination with, and as directed by NetJets Management, develop integral relationships with MROs, FBOs, vendors, airport operations, respective infrastructure landlords and agencies etc, to execute the mission, ensure all remain compliant with local regulations and enhance the NetJets Brand.
  • Work with MSH vendors and management to seek efficiency gains, product development, cost prevention/avoidance to improve output parameters and deliver the ultimate product to the operation.
  • Support with daily onsite MSH cover for aircraft delivery and provide MRO On-site Management support to monitor the MRO performance and improve the line and scheduled maintenance activities.
  • As requested, align, and provide coverage and assistance to other Maintenance Service Hubs, Base Maintenance events, training events, local airports, vendors etc.
  • Ensure the control and management of NetJets owned and consignment inventory and supply chain requirements, at the designated locations, are performed diligently and are aligned with all required internal controls.
  • Work flexible hours to accomplish the NetJets mission.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in aircraft technical maintenance.
  • English language proficiency - C1 level for Luton and Paris
  • French language proficiency - C1 level for Paris
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage internal and external teams
  • Good knowledge and interpretation of EASA regulations and requirements
  • Focused on aircraft safety, quality, and reliability. well versed in the regulatory requirements associated with operating a large fleet of aircraft (preferably in a Part 145 operation)
  • In-depth understanding of business aviation and the associated aircraft maintenance supply
    chains.
  • Adept at developing a climate that fosters teamwork, personal growth, and open communication.
  • Critical thinker with demonstrated ability to develop amp; execute strategies that achieve company goals amp; supplier SLAs.
