Purpose of Position
The Crew Delivery Program Manager is an aviation professional, with a background in managing complex scheduling demands of a responsive, fast-paced flight center. As a member of a dynamic, multitype aircraft operation, the Crew Delivery Program Manager is responsible for managing and facilitating strategic and tactical elements related to crew schedules, currency, training, utilization, and duty assignments. Responsibilities include developing data metrics to measure the utility and quality of all crew programs employed by EJM.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manages schedule of EJM Pilots and Cabin Attendants in dedicated EJM Crew Programs (e.g., Crew Services, Float Crew).
- Collaborates with respective internal departments and flight operations personnel to ensure proper management of all flight crew - Contract/IFCC and EJM Crew Programs.
- Responsible for efficient utilization, tracking, and reporting of all crewmembers (internal and external) within the guidelines of each program.
- Coordinates contract crewmember requests with focus on prioritizing internal crewmember resources prior to external resources.
- Responsible to ensure proper utilization reporting to Finance/Accounting to include:
- Assigned/Scheduled and Unscheduled Duty Periods
- Training Schedule
- Travel Assignments - e.g., airline flights, rental cars, etc.
- PTO
- Cancellations and/or trip change conflicts
- Other reporting as requested
- Communicates confirmed crewing and crew availability with appropriate scheduling personnel to assign Crewmembers to flights, as required.
- Collaborates with areas of the business (e.g., Crew Training amp; Crew Records) to ensure compliance with training records, tracking related to crewing assignments.
- Responsible to develop and maintain systems to display key metrics for monitoring program goals and objectives.
- Responsible to ensure flight activity is spread evenly.
- Responsible to ensure crewmembers meet regulatory requirements of prospectively scheduled rest days.
- Makes recommendations to program staffing to meet business needs based on program analytics -forecasting fleet coverage needs and determining whether fleet transition or additional crewmembers are required within program parameters.

- Strong understanding of aviation terminology and the business aircraft industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Business knowledge/acumen, including financial awareness and understanding.
- Ability to understand, assimilate and operate in a highly complex, interrelated environment required.
- Must maintain a working knowledge of all relevant FAA regulations, EJM manuals and EJM policies and procedures.
- Act as subject matter expert in all aspects of scheduling and training requirements.
- Ability to make autonomous decisions taking into account multiple variables.
