About YOU

As a Maintenance Control Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of Maintenance Control and activities to ensure that all flights are completed with the utmost safety and efficiency. You will work along side the Maintenance Control team to maximize safe and compliant aircraft availability by training, supporting and assisting them in coordinating with other functions in Mission Control on all maintenance related events and by managing necessary aircraft maintenance through effective coordination of people, parts, processes and costs to execute seamless outcomes.

Fine Print

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license and Associates degree (essential requirement)
  • 12 years’ AP experience on similar aircraft (essential requirement)
  • 10 years’ Management or supervisory experience (essential requirement)
  • Must hold valid violation free FAA-issued Airframe and Powerplant License (essential requirement)
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year Criminal Background Check (essential requirement)
  • Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines (essential requirement)
  • Flexible work schedule required including shift, weekend, and holidays (essential requirement)
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting (essential requirement)
  • Able to lift or move 75 pounds (essential requirement)
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds (essential requirement)
  • Able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle and feel, reach with hands/arms (essential requirement)
  • Able to travel to other locations to perform inspections (essential requirement)
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors (essential requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal written and must be fluent in English (essential requirement)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications (essential requirement)
  • Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs (essential requirement)

Pay Perks

Compensation range $102,039 - $112,039 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
