JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible to the Fleet Manager/Line Maintenance for the operation of the Vancouver facility. Includes the servicing, inspection and maintenance of (KFACL) fleet aircraft (and third-party aircraft) in accordance with the company schedule and directives from Kelowna.

Accountable for staff selection, employee relations, compensation and all human resource management for direct reporting employees and teams.
