Makes appropriate recommendations to improve and expand services offered by the network, conducting research among competitive service providers and evaluating customer needs.
Periodically benchmarks the aftermarket support network against other regional service providers. Contributes to increase sales by imputing marketing ideas, plans and strategies during staff meetings.
Support regional funnel growth (initiatives, data analysis, data integrity) in Salesforce.com
Manage communications between Mirabel and Piney Flats Delivery Managers to align new aircraft delivery activities between the sites
Monitor new aircraft customizing pace at Mirabel and Piney Flats to meet contractual delivery date
New aircraft customizing evaluate contract and build plan data upon contract signing to ensure aircraft configuration data accuracy, compatibility and functionality
For aftermarket modification to communicate with BTP Commercial Manager to evaluate contract and activity plan following aircraft contract signature
