Job Summary: Reports to the Manager – DOT and Disabilities Compliance.
The student Co-op will be assigned to support Delta’s corporate DOT and Disabilities Compliance team regarding DOT regulatory programs.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Passenger Protections Regulations
- Air Carrier Access Act
The student Co-op will assist the Manager in developing, maintaining and implementing Delta’s DOT and Disabilities programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and generally-accepted standards of good practice. The successful candidate will be joining an established program focused on accessible travel and supporting customers with disabilities while partnering across Delta to ensure compliance with government regulations and IATA requirements. This position supports the development of corporate-level policies related to all aspects of the Air Carrier Access Act Delta’s Customer Commitment and strategy to advance accessible travel for customers with disabilities.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) for one semester each school year (i.e., Spring - 2025, Fall - 2025, and Summer, 2026), and the ideal candidate will be available for at least two years (3 rotations). The position is based on-site in Atlanta at Delta’s Corporate Headquarters.
