as the Program Manager/Site Lead for the FRCSE Support Equipment
program. The Program Manager/Site Lead shall have demonstrated knowledge
and working experience overhauling and repairing Aviation Ground
Support Equipment in accordance with CNAFINST 4790.2 (series). The
Program Manager/Site Lead must demonstrate knowledge of scheduled depot
maintenance, phase inspections, quality, safety, and production
management for ground support equipment. Shall have a minimum of ten
(10) years supervisory experience leading, managing and administering a
large contract effort for multiple teams at multiple government
locations, conducting Depot Maintenance on Aviation Ground Support
Equipment. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and
production of all contract support activities, to include emergent
repair requirements worldwide at multiple government locations.
-BA Degree in Business Management / Administration.
-Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience and knowledge of overhauling / repairing Aviation Ground Support Equipment.
-Minimum of ten (10) years experience supervising and managing comparable GSE programs.
