Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a
Site Deputy and Senior Production Manager for
Courtland, AL Operations. This role will lead and manage the overall site execution of Production Operations for Strategic Missile Defense programs, cables and harness production and manufacturing for Missile and Satellites, and overall site strategic planning.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a highly advanced missile defense system and cutting-edge Hypersonic technology being developed and designed all at growing site being designed for World Class Production and Manufacturing. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading design integration, Assembly and Integration Test Processes, Lead Development of Test equipment, Tooling, and all other necessary Equipment to perform Integration Operations.
Basic Qualifications: Project management experience or equivalent
Experience with the following principles: earned value management, risk and opportunity management, and/or integrated planning or equivalents
Manufacturing/Production experience
Experience working directly with internal or external customers.
Experience managing multi-faceted organization and/or experience with large scale change management.
Secret clearance required prior to start.
Desired Skills: Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline.
Experience in cost account management.
Experience in executing a production program in an Earned Value Management environment.
Experience in developing complex program schedules, management, and execution.
Experience working in a high consequence events environment.
Demonstrate a consistent record of high performance as a leader with thorough knowledge from supply base through customer delivery.
Demonstrated experience leading teams through the resolution and prevention of performance slips (schedule, cost, and quality) and streamlining processes.
Experience with ordnance integration into missile assembly.
Experience with cable and harness manufacturing.
Experience working in/for a program office team in a technical capacity.
Microsoft office experience.
Proven Full Spectrum Leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to perform productively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with SAP, MES, MS Project, and MS Excel.
Prior Program Management, IRAD, or CRAD execution experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
