JOB SUMMARY:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
middot; Manage the development of parts sales strategies by working with internal stakeholder resources as well as outside suppliers
middot; Support the analysis and execution of strategic initiatives, new product offerings, new business endeavors with a particular focus on legacy aircraft strategy development
middot; Utilize market data and available internal and external analytics to understand aircraft fleet demographics, competitive landscape, part information, and other available data to create growth strategies
middot; Understand the business and general aviation aftermarket and key issues at a detailed level
middot; Proactively research issues, anticipate opportunities, and provide answers and insight to key questions
middot; Develop hypotheses and prove/disprove with supporting analysis
middot; Identify emerging aftermarket trends, monitor competitive activity, and provide insights to the organization regarding the market landscape
middot; Develop and execute business cases, detailed implementation plans, and raise/resolve issues
middot; Evaluate and lead business development opportunities, partnering with finance, contracts, engineering, sales, planning, and other operating functions; internal and external as needed
middot; Develop presentations on new product strategies and business opportunities for management and leadership review at all levels
middot; Maintain flexibility to take on and handle other duties as required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
middot; Bachelorrsquo;s degree required in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Finance, or other related field required
middot; MBA degree preferred but not required
middot; FAA Pilot or Maintenance ratings preferred but not required
middot; Experience with aircraft maintenance, component repair and overhaul, STC/PMA and FAA regulations preferred but not required
middot; Minimum 5 years of relative sales, business development, or similar commercial experience required, preferably in the aviation industry.

middot; Strong project management skills, and ability to network across the company to achieve objectives
middot; Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills
middot; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products
middot; Self-starter and motivator that works well in a team environment
middot; Travel up to 25% of standard work time
