Program Support Lead Senior



Job Description:

*Leads all program support staff and oversees coordination of communications between and across FOCUS Centers and PdL Integrators/IPT Leads.

*Creates templates and processes for efficient project tracking and reporting.

*Oversees collection of data to support TDL and PdL reporting (e.g., MSRs, InSITE).

*Serves as the assigned Integrators primary POC within the W-TRS PMO to support TDL and PdL needs.

*Inputs and updates data in InSITE.

*Maintains accurate program records and files.

*Performs programmatic analysis, research, and data gathering as needed to meet ad hoc requests.

*Compiles and prepares findings and reports as needed.

*May coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

*Drafts and edits documents, letters, and other communications.

*Assists in the onboarding process for new employees.

*Helps maintain personnel records, such as training and certifications

*Coordinates employee training sessions to meet program requirements.

*May provide solicited and unsolicited recommendations and status updates.

*Oversees responses to ad hoc work requests from PdLs and development of LOEs as appropriate. Attends IPT meetings and provides support for fieldings, post fielding assessments, or life cycle planning, as needed.



Education/Experience:

*10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree).

Certification(s):

None

Required Experience:

*Experience in leading all program support staff and overseeing coordination of communications between and across FOCUS Centers and PdL Integrators/IPT Leads.

*Experience in creating templates and processes for efficient project tracking and reporting.

*Experience in overseeing collection of data to support TDL and PdL reporting (e.g., MSRs, InSITE).

*Experience in inputting and updating data in InSITE.
