F-16 Instructor Pilot – International Assignment

Location: Argentina

Compensation & Benefits:

• $236,000 annualized salary while working
• $120/day Per Diem while in country
• 15% Completion Bonus (minimum 6-month commitment required)

• Typical commitment: 6 months to 1 year

Position Overview:

This is a true F-16 flying instructor role supporting foreign partner F-16 pilot training in Argentina. The position focuses on flight instruction, operational readiness, standardization, debrief discipline, and Instructor Pilot support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver F-16 flight, simulator, and classroom instruction
• Support foreign partner pilot training programs
• Promote operational readiness and standardization
• Conduct mission debriefs and performance evaluations
• Provide Instructor Pilot mentorship and guidance
• Coordinate with program leadership and host-nation personnel
• Required Qualifications
• Former F-16 Instructor Pilot
• Strong fighter aircraft PIC experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
• Valid U.S. passport with no travel restrictions
• Ability to support OCONUS assignments
