Responsibilities:

As a crucial member of our aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned company aircraft. Adhering to the company Flight Operations Manual and relevant Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, you will:

  • Pilot company aircraft to transport associates to various locations under diverse conditions.
  • Perform flights in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Inform passengers of departure and arrival times, addressing any safety or schedule-related concerns.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight inspections, including external walk-arounds and cabin inspections.
  • Assist in baggage handling and perform other services to facilitate passenger handling.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorrsquo;s Degree in Aeronautical Studies or a related field (preferred); an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • Two years of recent experience as a jet aircraft pilot crewmember flying passengers domestically.
  • Current certification as Pilot-in-Command or Second-in-Command in a multi-engine jet aircraft with a minimum of 3,500 total flight hours.
  • Hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate issued by the FAA.
  • Type rating CE-560XL (preferred).
  • Successful completion of the manufacturer's approved ground and flight training program for the assigned aircraft.
  • Possess a FAA Second Class Medical and be physically and psychologically capable of executing assigned tasks.
  • Reside within two hours of metropolitan Grand Rapids, MI Gerald R. Ford Airport (GRR).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Commitment to customer service, solution execution, and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Display a high degree of decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overnight travel.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time.
