Role and Responsibilities

The Training Centre Manager role will be responsible to the Key Account Manager for the CH-47 Platform. The role will hole accountability of the coordination and delivery of training services across the CH-47 platform, as well as managing the interdependencies of service delivery, including resourcing, across capabilities on site.

This role will be based at RAAF Base Townsville, QLD.

The role we are offering you

• Management of CH-47 Platform training delivery services
• Support Key Account Manager deliverables on site
• Represent CAE at customer facing meetings as required and be the contact point on site
• Responsible for scoping and defining continuous improvement activities based on customer experiences

Our ideal candidate has:

• Defence site and/or simulator experience, or similar
• Strong operations management experience
• Proven ability with customer relationship management
• Leadership and people management experience

Security requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
