DPP is seeking a Training Manager for an opportunity located in Charleston, SC.
 
Work arrangement:

• Onsite
• W2 position, 6 months contract to hire
• US Citizen; active Secret security clearance 

The SURTASS Training Manager will:

- Develop and execute the qualification program for all personnel based on customer requirements.
- Develop and execute the continuous training program for all personnel based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate schools to support qualification and advanced training for all personnel based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain the SURTASS program Training IMS
 
Required experience:

• Five years&39; experience with managing training and qualification programs

 
Required education:

• Bachelor Degree in Education, Psychology and/or Master Training Specialist certification
