THE WORKThis Security Manager position is located in Orlando FL and will have oversight of Security professionals operating at other RMS locations and USG sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management and execution of all contractual Program Security requirements for numerous contracts, primarily dealing with Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programming. This role includes liaising regularly with senior-level leadership and collaborating with external customers.
The successful candidate will manage and lead other Special Programs Security Professionals across at least three other CONUS sites to start. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Managing and leading the Security team, including staffing, meetings, development, and performance evaluations.
-Overseeing business strategies, including proposals, capital planning, budgets, and new business startups.
-Providing oversight as a Contractor Special Security Officer.
This position requires tact, diplomacy, and a clear understanding of USG regulations to ensure the effective and efficient execution of multiple programs. Solid knowledge of Sensitive Compartmented Information Security requirements and Special Access Program Security is required.
Additional details:
-Some domestic travel may be required (less than 10).
-Scheduled for a normal first-shift 4X10A Tempo work week, but mission requirements may occasionally require extended work hours to meet program deadlines.
-This position is mission-driven to meet customer needs.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:1. Must have and maintain active TS/SCI clearance.
2. Ability to meet Lockheed Martin Corporation, customer and government security screening requirements are required for this role.
3. Advanced knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives and past experience as a CSSO and or a CPSO.
4. Excellent knowledge and experience with ICD 705 Physical Security builds accreditation process.
5. Solid understanding and experience as a Top Secret Control Officer.
6. Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and customer stakeholder interface.
7. Be available to respond to alarms after standard work hours.
Desired Skills:1. Prior L-code/Manager/Supervisor experience.
2. Experience working on DoD contracts and in military and defense contractor environments.
3. Prior experience working with Intelligence Community (IC) members,
4. Prior experience building and leading effective teams.
5. Control Account Manager (CAM) budget experience; Contract Proposals and Basis of Estimates experience a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
