Accepting resumes for Fixed Wing Chief Flight Instructor for our Bend Oregon Location.
Duties include supervision and management of flight instruction staff and designation of check instructors. Evaluate reports generated by SMS and implement changes in procedures to reduce risks. Ensure standardization of instruction. Ensure compliance with applicable FARrsquo;s for all instruction activities. Interface with FSDO with changes and continued approval of TCOrsquo;s. Interface with local college for program changes. Other duties to facilitate the smooth operation of the training program. Will be required to complete an FAA checkride for 141 operations.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be a self starter, able to work with little or no supervision and hold valid CFII certificate.
- Candidates must meet the qualifications of FAR 141.35 with 2,000 hours PIC, 3 years and 1000 hours of instruction given and 100 hours of actual or simulated instrument time.
