Are you tied to a fixed pilot salary where your extra efforts or that request from Charter Sales for ldquo;just one more triprdquo; doesnrsquo;t compensate you fairly for your additional work? Would you like to be compensated for longer trips? Do you have direct control of both the number of days you work each month and the amount of income you can create?
We are a collaborative and highly specialized and service-oriented flight department searching for that unique pilot who is seeking to work with a team operating at the highest standards in our business aviation industry. We operate Gulfstream G-IV and G-200 aircraft based at Livermore (LVK) for a loyal list of clientele who, once they experience our service performance in the air and on the ground, look no further for their air charter needs. We are unusual. We are highly successful in what we do, and we are looked upon as the premier service provider on a national scale. Our pilot partners perform Part 135 and 91 flight assignments on mostly domestic itineraries with limited international operations. After crew hard days are submitted for future months, our flight schedules begin developing 30-45 days in advance for each calendar month. To be very clear up front, we are an On-Demand Part 135 charter operator and our flight itineraries do change to meet the needs of our elite passengers. However, because our certificated flight attendants plan unbelievable cabin experiences for our passengers, our flight operations involve no short-notice pop-up flights. We work very hard to ensure our working environment is supportive, interactive, and collaborative and we make work-life balance a true aim for flight crews. Pilots can expect to work their choice of 12-14, 14-16, or more flight days and your income is directly related to how much you wish to work.
SKY Partners offers a 401K Plan with 6% company match and 100% company-paid health/dental/vision plans. We have also revised our scheduling systems to allow for both block ON/OFF and traditional calendar schedules. For G-IV qualified and experienced pilots, salaries begin at $220,000 with the opportunity to fly more and make considerably more income based on assigned flight activities.
Pilots who submit their resume should be available immediately. You may live remotely for block ON/OFF schedules or have a personal and specific reason to relocate to Northern California (within 2 to 3-hour drive of our aircraft base) for traditional calendar schedules. Because we do not do pop-up flights, we allow our staff much greater flexibility in where they choose to live and much greater predictability of flight schedules than typical charter operators.
