St Nicholas Brew Company is a new restaurant in the terminal of Southern Illinois Airport near Carbondale Illinois. They have a relatively limited but delicious menu with various interesting offerings that you don't tend to see elsewhere. 4/9/2024 - Flew into KMDH for the 2024 Eclipse viewing. We didn't bring lunch and thought that there were going to be food trucks which turned out to not be the case. St Nicholas was the only food option and they were able to feed the masses gracefully despite being very busy! The staff was very accomodating and the food was delicious. We will return for $200 hamburgers again soon! - Submitted by Brad Baisley
