Bill's Toasty Diner

Taylorville airport is a great place to fly into. They do Skydiving, have self serve 100LL and Jet A, a courtesy car, nice pilot lounge and lots of restaurants nearby including Taco Gringo, Angelo's Pizza, all the fast food chains, and a really great hole in the wall type diner called Bill's Toasty. It has the old style counter with stools, everything is cooked in front of you, great staff and fabulous food. They make milkshakes the old fashioned way in metal cups. Definitely a great airport and community to stop at during your travels!
