Job Summary:

• In this role, the candidate will manage a group of 15-20 professionals who are responsible for the engine after-sale maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) events at Pratt Whitney Engine Services in Bridgeport, WV, and in the Regional Service Center Network.
• The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team works in a cohesive manner to complete the responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the commercial and event strategy for all the shop visits while working with the shop operations team to ensure customers’ orders are on-track to commitment date.
• Accountable for budget, staffing, and business/operational results; provides updates and prepares presentations to senior leadership.
• Ensures that employee engagement and development is a top priority.  Enables and empowers the team to produce results in a rapidly changing environment, while leading the selection, training, and mentoring of professionals on the team and holding team members accountable for meeting customer commitments.
• Leads continuous improvement events to ensure an involving and improved customer experience.
• 10 of Travel as required

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelors Degree with a minimum 10 years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering, OR a Masters Degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years management experience
