Wersquo;re hiring a Float Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our AS350 B3/ H125/ H130. Scheduled shifts operate on a seven-day-on /seven-day-off basis, with 12-hour shifts covering both day and night operations. Essential Functions/Duties:
bull; Coordinates and communicates effectively with dispatch, medical crew, and ground contacts to ensure seamless transport operations.
bull; Operates the aircraft in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual guidelines and company standards, prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.
bull; Monitors current and forecasted weather conditions and ensures proper flight planning.
bull; Conducts pre-flight inspections before each shift and/or flight using the appropriate Rotorcraft Flight Manual. Records any discrepancies in the engineering log and notifies maintenance for corrective actions.
bull; Reports aircraft damage, malfunctions, or personnel injuries to Communications Center as soon as possible.
bull; Performs routine housekeeping duties in the hangar and crew quarters in coordination with medical and maintenance staff.
bull; Participates in cleaning and upkeep of the aircraft, including wash and wax duties.
bull; Completes required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, including flight logs and reports.
bull; Upholds REACHrsquo;s values and commitment to safety, service, and team professionalism.
bull; Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Certifications:
bull; FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
bull; FAA Helicopter Instrument Rating
bull; Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
bull; High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pilot Minimum Requirements:
bull; 2,000 helicopter flight hours
bull; 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
bull; 1,000 turbine hours
bull; Min. 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided)

Physical Requirements:
bull; 230-pound weight limit (including flight gear)
bull; Frequently required to sit for extended periods
bull; Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
bull; Frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
bull; Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
bull; Required to work near moving mechanical parts and in various weather conditions
bull; Frequently exposed to bloodborne pathogens, airborne particles, and in-flight vibrations
bull; Noise levels require wearing a headset
