Purpose of Position
The Supervisor, Aircraft Refurbishment is responsible for the aesthetic appearance of the NetJets US-based fleet while balancing aircraft out-of-service times that achieve company goals.This position will setup the tasks for required refurbishment items so the fleets appearance rating is maintained and its scheduled refurbishment program is accomplished on-time and within budget.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Delivers fleet appearance goals by determining tasks required and creating refurbishment work packages.
  • Subject matter expert for aircraft paint amp; interiors.Use resources and experience to proactively mitigate MELs and potential owner impacting interior issues that may effect on-time performance or likelihood to recommend.
  • Responsible for identifying, submitting and resolving warranty claims.Proactively and effectively communicates with cross functional business teams to ensure warranty items are captured and NetJets business partners are held accountable for executing against established SLAs.
  • Devises and executes a bench strength plan for the refurbishment team in conjunction with the Director, AC Refurbishment and Appearance Standards.
  • Mentors the refurbishment coordinator(s) on the five senses of NetJets brand while developing core soft skills applicable to driving success for the individual and the organization.
