Purpose of Position

The Events Manager, Associate is part of a team that executes over 150+ Customer, Prospect, and internal events annually that are focused on customer retention, prospect acquisition and strengthening the bond between the Employee and the Company. The Events Manager, Associate will support all functions of the events team from planning through execution.  The individual needs to be a critical thinker who can assist with creating event timelines and ensure it is being followed on site at events. Fostering relationships with key internal teams, stakeholders and vendors will be critical being customer-focused and professional. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supporting event planning and execution under the direction of the Senior Event Manager
  • Organizing event vendors for multiple events
  • Work with the Creative team to produce all event collateral
  • Research potential vendors for events
  • Assist in PO, GAMS and vendor pricing while partnering with Procurement
  • Assist in creating comprehensive timelines for events
  • Identifies opportunities, potential conflicts and other issues related to the successful execution of events. 
  • Supports budget management throughout the planning process
  • Assist in managing RSVP process for events and proper logging in appropriate systems

  • Ability to help support end to end event planning and on- site execution.
  • Experience with being part of a team that develops stellar events that captivate and produce award winning results.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, multi-task, and prioritize under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and service organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with experience and comfort with luxury industry and affluent clientele.
  • Must be willing to be a hands-on team member who isn't afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done.
  • Must be willing and can work a varied schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other functional programs.

Salary Range

$64,000 - $108,000
