As a Talent Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering talent management programs and strategies that drive employee and organizational performance across the globe. Primary areas of focus are developing and overseeing the organizational talent management programs related to performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and training and development at both the employee and leadership level. RESPONSIBILITIES Talent ManagementWork collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Center of Expertise peers (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations) to execute global talent strategies that meet ongoing and future business needs.Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Performance Management, Succession Planning, and High Potential Programs.Establish and maintain metrics for talent programs to measure results and build accountability. Collects, analyzes and evaluates data.Manage the Employee Engagement Survey process with coordination, communication, and action planning.Provide support for developing, facilitating, and enhancing talent management presentations, templates, and materials for projects and programs. Learning and DevelopmentCurriculum DevelopmentConduct needs assessment on an ongoing basis to determine the skills and knowledge necessary to support strategic objectives.Design and implement effective learning programs to solve organizational needs.Create effective learning amp; development campaigns to engage learners and build a culture of learning. FacilitationDeliver training in a classroom, video, or web-based environment.Conduct engaging demonstrations and exercises.Maintain a professionally structured class environment. LMS, Process Improvement and EvaluationEstablish training surveys, tests, and other evaluation materials.Remains current on training resources, tools, and techniques to create and conduct engaging employee training.Continually monitor, evaluate, and contribute to developing and improving processes, systems, and tools to support our untiring effort to improve.Review relevant training resources to stay abreast of new training technology and methods to consistently adapt to the changing organizational needs.Utilize and leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track development, monitor key metrics, and provide learning insights based on trend analysis.
Requirements: KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Ability to prepare compelling presentations to convey talent management information to HRBP’s and the business.Ability to develop influential relationships with HRBP’s, global leaders, and employees that will inspire them to seek your consultation and partnership.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.Intellectual curiosity with a process improvement mindset.Demonstrated success in project and program management.Must possess the ability to run, analyze, and interpret HR reports and data in excel utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective oral and written communications skills.Positive attitude with a customer service spirit.Demonstrates initiative and ownership of projects.Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and facilitation skills with people of different levels, backgrounds, and personality styles.Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience creating and executing learning strategies.Exercises judgment and discretion in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS3 - 5 years: Progressive experience with a strategic focus on Talent Management and/or Organizational Development along with demonstrated skill with adult learning techniques, instructional design, presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Business Administration.OTHER REQUIREMENTSAbility to travel, up to 10% to both domestic and international locations.
