Responsibilities:

• Flight Instruction: Provide quality flight instruction to students at various levels, emphasizing safety, proficiency, and adherence to aviation regulations.
• Ground School: Conduct ground school sessions to supplement flight training, ensuring students have a comprehensive understanding of aeronautical knowledge.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance in all flight operations and instructional activities.
• Student Progress Monitoring: Track and assess student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed to facilitate effective learning.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students, ensuring a positive and enjoyable learning experience.

Requirements:

• CFII Certificate: Must hold a current Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) certificate.
• Flight Experience: Minimum of 300-600 hours of total flight time.
• Positive Attitude: Demonstrated positive and enthusiastic attitude towards aviation and teaching.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to students.
