Hillsboro Aviation's contract charter division specializes in utility, executive charter, tours and excursions, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Our utility focus includes natural resources, aerial survey, firefighting, construction, film/photo/news, and heli-skiing. We have flown over 1.2 million hours and conducted missions ranging from firefighting to oil exploration and LiDAR to agriculture. Our fleet is comprised of the Bell 205A1++, Bell 407, Airbus AS350B3e, Bell 206, and Beechcraft King Air series.
Hillsboro Aviation is looking for an experienced individual to join our contract charter team and take the lead role in building upon our solid foundation of utility helicopter operations. Hillsboro Aviation and our growing fleet (currently 12 helicopters consisting of B206, B407, B205A-1++, and H125) are authorized to perform a variety of missions locally, regionally, and internationally. We are seeking a dynamic individual to assist us as we expand our fleet and operational footprint. This position works closely with the Chief Operating Officer/Vice President, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Development #8211; Helicopter UAS.
*Support and development of relationships with the intent of broadening the company's local and regional utility helicopter operations including but not limited to seismic operations, LiDAR, powerline support, boughs, Christmas trees, heli-skiing, frost prevention, ENG, film and photo, sightseeing tours, etc.
*Assistance with pricing and developing business plans for new customers and/or new areas of operation pertaining to helicopter operations.
*Maintaining and building upon Hillsboro Aviation's customer relationship management database using software selected by Hillsboro Aviation.
*Participation in annual strategic business planning and budgeting processes.
*Traveling (domestic and international) to build relationships, explore opportunities, and manage projects as deemed appropriate by Hillsboro Aviation management.
*Compliance with, and development of, current and future Hillsboro Aviation Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

*FAA issued rotorcraft-helicopter ATP or commercial pilot certificate
*Current class II medical
*Current driver license with clean driving record
*Minimum 4,000 hours PIC in helicopters
*Previous experience with, or intimate knowledge of, civilian utility helicopter operations
*Bachelor's Degree or relevant, equivalent industry experience
*Experience operating Bell and Airbus Helicopters in a variety of utility operations
*Experience with international aviation operations in remote and/or austere environments
*Experience operating UAS
*Previous marketing, sales business development background
