We are partnered with a client based in Wilmington, DE to find a LR-75 Captain to join their team. In this role, you will operate the company aircraft to transport executives and other personnel to various destinations, ensuring the safety of all passengers, crew members, and the aircraft. Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely and proficiently operate the company aircraft in accordance with FAR Part 91/135 regulations
• Support flights with the highest regard for guests, team members, and others to reflect the highest level of service possible.
• Provide team leadership and promote teamwork within the aviation department.
• Ensures the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure aircraft are in safe operating condition
• Communicate effectively with passengers, crew members, ground personnel, and air traffic control
• Maintain the ability to readily adapt to changing schedules

Requirements:

• ATP FAA Certificate with valid First-Class Medical
• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Time
• Minimum 1,000 Jet time
• LR45/75 Type Rating preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of Part 91 regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
