Operations Manager
Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating manufacturing operations for the Carson City facility. The manager must ensure the achievement of production requirements, quality and reliability standards, and on-time delivery at the lowest cost. These objectives will be achieved by collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, and Information Systems, and by motivating the production workforce. The role is responsible for delivering results through Lean Manufacturing techniques, 6S, TOC, Six Sigma, and problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits:
For informational purposes only, the pay range for this role is $120,000.00/yr to $157,300.00/yr (USD) based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 120 hours of paid time off every year, along with 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
