First Officer Compensation

  • $50 per hour; 75 hours per month guaranteed
  • $18,000 signing bonus for all new hire pilots
  • Performance incentive bonuses

Captain Compensation

  • $76 - $96 per hour; 75 per month guaranteed
  • Upgrade in 12-15 months, sooner with Part 121 experience
  • Performance incentive bonuses

Time Off

  • Guaranteed a minimum of 11 days off per month
  • 42 hours paid sick leave per year
  • 5 paid vacation days in your first year

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications First Officer
  • 1,500 hours of flight time, 50 hours of multi-engine time, 250 hours as Pilot in Command or meet requirements for Restricted ATP
  • Commercial Multi-engine certificate with an instrument rating, and an English Proficient Endorsement
  • Valid United States passport or a valid passport with authorization to work in the United States
  • FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications First Officer:
  • College degree from an accredited school
  • Current employment in a pilot position
Minimum Qualifications Captain:
  • 2,500 hours of flight time
  • 1000 Hours of 121 time or qualifying 135 time
  • Commercial Multi-engine certificate with an instrument rating, and an English Proficient Endorsement
  • Valid United States passport or a valid passport with authorization to work in the United States
  • FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications Captain:
  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • Type Rating in a Part 25 Aircraft
  • College degree from an accredited school
  • Current employment in a pilot position
