The Enterprise Solutions Retail Platform Onboarding team partners with internal and third-party channel teams to launch and scale modern retailing capabilities across the enterprise. Our team operates like a Software as a Service (SaaS) Professional Services group, supporting internal and third-party teams as they integrate to enterprise retailing capabilities. We serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical product teams—gathering requirements, coordinating delivery, and ensuring successful channel onboarding across the enterprise.
The Enterprise Solutions (ES) team is seeking a Manager of Retail Platform Onboarding that will lead channel integration with enterprise retail capabilities, enabling speed to spanet and flexibility for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals
- Drive clear decisions and forward progress in ambiguous, fast-changing, and priority-rich environments
- Create and execute on Delta’s Retail Onboarding roadmap
- Streamline, influence, and support channel onboarding to existing retail functionality to enable value for the enterprise
- Collaborate with channels to document new functionality and communicate to IT delivery teams
- Communicate progress clearly to technical and commercial leaders and teams
