Description:

HeliService USA is looking for dynamic and experienced aviators to support offshore wind farm construction, operations, maintenance, and medical evacuation. Pilots will serve as a line Captain operating the Leonardo AW169 helicopter day and night (under NVGrsquo;s). This position will primarily be based at Quonset State Airport (RI) with occasional requirements for shifts to be filled at Martharsquo;s Vineyard Airport (MA)

Duties Responsibilities:

• Leonardo AW169 Offshore IFR, Hoisting, NVG LIMSAR / HEMS Captain.
• Conduct helicopter hoist operations to/from ships, platforms, and wind turbines, both day night (NVG), including LIMSAR and helicopter EMS operations.
• Act as the ultimate authority of the aircraft, ensuring the safety of the helicopter and all its occupants.
• Conduct a thorough brief and debrief of crew/passengers.
• Ensure compliance with all company manuals, procedures, flight, and duty time limitations.
• Assist the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Managing Director in any additional tasks.

Requirements:

• FAA Commercial Pilots Certificate - Rotorcraft-Helicopter
• FAA Instrument - Helicopter Rating
• FAA 1st Class Medical Certification.
• 2,000 hours Total Time
• 500 hours Multi-Crew Helicopter
• Night SAR and/or Hoist Experience
• Requirements Outlined in 14 CFR 135.243

Preferred:

• 25 hours AW-169 time;
• 1,000 hours Leonardo multi-engine time (AW-139, AW-109, etc.)
• IFR experience in actual IMC
• Part 135 Experience
• Offshore Experience
