Pay Range: $65,000-$95,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious First Officer to join our Madison-based team, flying the Hawker 800XP for organ procurement operations. This role requires a reliable and experienced pilot ready to support time-sensitive missions critical to life-saving organ transport. The position is based in Madison, WI, and requires pilots to be located within one hour of the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Captain in all aspects of flight operations, including pre-flight planning, in-flight navigation, and post-flight duties
• Perform aircraft inspections, monitor weather conditions, and support accurate flight planning for efficient and safe missions
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring reliable and timely service for life-saving organ procurement operations
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Captain, dispatch, ground crew, and medical teams
• Complete administrative tasks related to flight operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation
• Maintain currency on the Hawker 800XP and meet all training requirements as per FAA regulations

Requirements:

• Commercial Pilot Certificate with a valid Medical Certificate
• Minimum flight hours as required by company and regulatory standards
• Previous experience with Hawker 800XP (type rating preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Must live within one hour of MSN or be willing to relocate
