Summary of Position:

Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of all incoming shipments and merchandise at our company. This position will manage the receiving department and its staff, ensuring that all items are received, stored, and distributed in an organized and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing work procedures, maintaining the receiving area clean and organized, prioritize daily and weekly activities. (US01 US03)
• Implementing record-keeping procedure
• Perform QC functions under his scope, work closely with QC department
• Handling spare parts, research critical components delivered or intercept incoming shipments.
• Train, develop employees
• Time keeping of direct reports

Qualifications for Position:

Education

• Associatersquo;s Degree in relevant field, or combination of experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Experience

• 3 to 5 years Operations (production, scheduling, warehouse, materials management, production control) experience
