United Rotorcraft is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee aircraft operations in Saudi Arabia. This executive-level role demands a balance of technical expertise and high-level client engagement, including interaction with CEOs and regulatory bodies. The position involves oversight of 169, 139, and MH1 aircraft operations, with a strong emphasis on compliance, international standards, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day aircraft operations and ensure compliance with 169 and 139 regulations.
• Lead operational teams and interface with Saudi aviation authorities and executive stakeholders.
• Drive program management and ensure integration of systems like AMOS and RAMCO.
• Maintain direct accountability for operational safety, productivity, and mission effectiveness.

Compensation Benefits:

• Total compensation: ~$260,000 (includes $200K base, $37K per diem, 20% performance bonus)
• Housing: Provided in a secure compound.
• Flights: Airfare covered.
• Contract Term: 2-year assignment with possible extensions.
• Payroll: Paid in SAR.

Requirements:

• Bachelorrsquo;s degree (required for visa processing).

• Cultural sensitivity, preference for candidates who can work solo and navigate a Middle Eastern business environment.
• U.S. military or expat leadership background strongly considered.
