Summary of Position:

Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of all incoming shipments and merchandise at our company. This position will manage the receiving department and its staff, ensuring that all items are received, stored, and distributed in an organized and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist receiving supervisor on, maintaining the receiving area clean and organized, prioritize daily and weekly receiving assign by supervisor (US01 US03)
• Maintain record-keeping procedures (digital and hard copy)
• Preform QC functions under his/her scope (AV)
• Handling spare parts, locate critical components delivered or intercept incoming shipments.
• Train, develop and assist co-workers.
• Adopt leadership role when supervisor is not present or is delegated to him/her.

Qualifications for Position:

Education

• High school diploma or Associatersquo;s Degree (preferable) in relevant field, or combination of experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Experience

• 1 to 3 years Operations (production, scheduling, warehouse, materials management, production control) experience

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
