HQ aero is currently recruiting for an Director of First Impressions in Morgantown, WV
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to be our Director of First Impressions. You will perform a variety of clerical and administrative support functions to support multiple office locations, as well as remote workers.
Responsibilities: As the Director of First Impressions, you are responsible for:
Greeting Clients
Manage the front desk area and processes
Answering/making phone calls
Managing appointments and calendars for staff
Managing document in/out flow for clients dropping off/picking up
Project set-up and assist with Project Management
Scanning and filing of documents
Retrieve and sort mail
Prep banking deposits and take to bank
FedEx/UPS dropoffs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Computer skills
A friendly, positive attitude is a must!
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
2+ years of experience providing administrative or clerical support preferred but wiling to train
High School Education or GED
