Join a rapidly expanding aerospace company specializing in wire harnesses for leading industry organizations. We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to drive success on our production floor by achieving both production and quality goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in our growth trajectory.

• Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources, both equipment and personnel, to achieve production and company goals while meeting customer requirements.
• Direct and prioritize production flow through assembly, adjusting and resolving issues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize, monitor, and evaluate production employees, implementing necessary interventions for improvement.
• Develop department employees through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, communication of rules and policies, while building employee morale and motivation.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities to maintain production schedule and maximize efficiency, meeting customers requirements and timelines.
• Ensure production employees are properly trained to perform their duties and responsibilities as described in their job description.
• Interact with employees and other departments to resolve production complications and improvements.
• Communicate production issues to corresponding department managers for proper action.
• Evaluate and process production jobs and support expedite requests as needed.
• Perform regular employee evaluations and establish continuous improvement activities when KPIs are not met.

• 3+ years experience as a Production Manager managing a production line, preferably in Aerospace or medical industries.
• Experience working in AS9100 or ISO13485 environments.
• Proficient in managing electro-mechanical manufacturing floors.
• Ability to onboard and train individuals quickly in soldering, crimping, and reading schematics.
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills including office software, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Effectively manage and lead teams to achieve KPIs and organization goals.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• IPC-610/620 certification preferred but not required.
• Ideally 7-10 years of experience in Aerospace or Medical Industry.
• 3-5 years experience managing teams of 5+ people.
• Diploma/GED required.
• Experience in reporting and KPI management for upper management.
• Strong training background.
• Bilingual preferred, with proficiency in English.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Will get upon request Will receive PTO and bonus based on company performance.

This is a fully onsite position in Centennial,CO.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 3, 2026.
