We have named our restaurant in honor of Iris Louise McPhetridge Thaden 1905-1979. Born and raised in Bentonville, she was a proud Arkansan and one of the greatest aviators of her time. Her pioneering and innovative spirit will inspire all of our guests who dine with us. LOUISE was a mother, aviatrix, record setter, barnstormer, Bentonville Native. 8/12/2020 - This is a wonderful airport, and Louise is a wonderful restaurant. We were in Bentonville a couple of days, and ate breakfast at Louise both days. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again. Note the circular taxiway at the retaurant window. It is one-way, but if you adhere to the taxiway markings you will go in the right direction. - Submitted by Winn Brown
