Floyd W. Jones Airport
This place is amazing. We just ped down to use the restroom, and the FBO staff met us on the ramp. He was extra friendly, and offered lemon aide and cookies. He told us to in about lunch time on any week day, and lunch was served. We did just that today, and the fare was awesome. All home-cooked food, fried chicken, ham and green beans, pie and cake and ice cream. I ped a few bills at least what we would have paid for this in a good RESTURANT in the kitty. It is a ceramic kitty, by the way. The folks there are super-friendly as well. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were racing the pop-up storms. I think When I retire, I'll fly down there a couple of times a week, just to sit and chat. - Submitted by David Kincade

3/4/2021 - I just stopped in at Lebanon today. They no longer have the lunches in the terminal. They have 2 courtesy cars, and have a deal where they give coupons to local restaurants after a certain amount of gas purchase. Mike Wood Airport Manager was very helpful and nice. Great nearby restaurants include Dowds Catfish House, Elm Street Eatery, Cliffton's West Side Cafe, T's Steakhouse and Taste of Andy's. - Submitted by Hank Konzelmann
