8/8/2022 - The Pyper Kub and X60 Williston remain my go to places for great reasonably priced food with consistently great service and the BEST fuel prices in a large area respectively. Carol and Dave are stalwarts and the FBO is truly GA friendly. - Submitted by Bud

6/21/2014 - I flew to Williston from Orlando with my dad for his 60th birthday and had lunch at the Pyper Kub Cafe. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. Our food was served almost minutes after ordering. A nice airport to fly into with no parking fees. I look forward to returning with my wife some time. - Submitted by Justin

10/19/2010 - Flew into Williston Municipal Airport on Saturday, October 16th for the first time. What a beautiful, well kept airport and facility. I applaud the city of Williston. And the Pyper Kub Cafe was a bonus with it's outstanding food and service at such reasonable prices. Before you leave be sure to fill up because you won't cheaper fuel prices anywhere. I was so impressed and the skies were so clear that I went back on Sunday for lunch. You've got to experience Williston, you won't be dissapointed. - Submitted by Henry

2/20/2010 - Had a cup of Coffee and a Hamburger, and it was Great and priced affordable. Service was quick and courtious. Place is decorated well, and the staff real friendly. 1/31/2010 - We flew to Williston and met three other friends that had flown in for breakfast at the Pyper Kub Cafe. The facility is really well done and the food really good! The service was fast!
