OnsiteAs a facilities project manager, you will achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on project execution, resolve undefined project execution challenges, review work products consistent with cost and schedule expectations, and uphold compliance to RTX policies and standards. You will execute strategy, vision, and tactical direction and meet functional commitments including company expectations. You will communicate top-level project goals, objectives and decisions, to the project team, and communicate program performance to senior management.
What You Will Do
Ensure on-time execution of project through empowerment, communication, setting expectations, developing Integrated Project Team (IPT) leads and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Provide leadership to cross-functional IPTs consisting of Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, Security, and Program Leadership, ensuring successful execution of all commitments.
Coordinate meetings and reporting cadence and demonstrating leadership and ensuring stakeholders engagement to complete their assigned tasks.
Establish and maintain key project metrics defining milestones and critical path and monitoring adherence to project budget and schedule.
provide support for modifying and managing the project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will manage priorities ensuring risk mitigation activities are successfully incorporated while executing project milestones, reviewing budgets, managing schedules, and supporting the evaluation of critical path and any variance.
Act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for Project Management IPT and other IPTs, as needed.
Monitor and control budget; Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, analysis, presentation and compliance to Capital financial reporting requirements.
Lead Risk Opportunity Management Board and develops mitigation plans.
Lead root cause analyses into cost/schedule performance anomalies.
Lead the collaboration necessary across functional groups, Raytheon Business Units and subcontractors to ensure project success. Ensures that functional resources, tools, and processes are utilized in a consistent way.
Establish and maintain strong and purposeful relationships with customers, subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
Assist in Operations work order completion and space planning.
Help champions CORE operating principles.
Assist in day-to-day responsibilities of Maintenance and Facilities teams.
Collaborate and manage the security contractor team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
3 years’ experience with project management tools and procedures.
3 years’ Control Account or Budget Management experience.
3 years experience creating proposals.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with facilities related projects.
Program Leadership or PMP certification.
Estimate at Complete (EAC) process or related process experience.
Earned Value (EVMS) experience.
Experience with Capital Process.
Ability to work across the organization vertically and horizontally.
Strong verbal and communications skills.
Willingness to take charge and provide direction.
Results oriented, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion.
Demonstrated ability to manage adversity and challenging situations.
Ability to drive consensus and change across a complex matrixed organization.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
