Job Summary:
Cirrus Vision Instructor Pilots instruct, operate and pioneer the world in aviation training in the industrys leading personal jet aircraft, the SF50 Vision Jettrade;. The initial cadre of Vision Instructor Pilots will be instrumental in providing pivotal training to SF50 Vision Jettrade; customers through type specific training in an in-depth part 142 course. This encompasses actively teaching a start to finish type rating with classroom instruction, instructing and operating in the industrys most advanced full-motion Level D simulators, and providing scenario based training in real world environments. Primary responsibilities include providing simulator and ground instruction while guiding SF50 Vision Jet owners through the part 142 type rating course. Cirrus Vision Instructor Pilots personally ensure that every client has an outstanding experience with their aircraft through one on one mentorship in concert with real world aviation experiences. Post type rating evaluation, Vision Instructor Pilots mentor and improve customer experience through follow on cross country and sortie based training missions in customer aircraft. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required. Our instructors act as the face of the company in several different capacities while delivering the highest quality of flight instruction possible. The ability to cater instructing methods to a variety of student types and personalities is a must.
